PerfectServe is a SaaS company that makes a care team collaboration platform for physician practices, hospitals and hospital systems. The PerfectServe app lets physicians, nurses and other members of the care team communicate with one another efficiently without exposing protected health information.

The solution is HIPAA compliant, and about one in ten physicians in the United States use it.

At PerfectServe, I created a new content strategy that built a strong inbound marketing foundation with engaging blog posts, infographics, web pages, landing pages, advertisements, pay-per-click campaigns, videos, email nurture streams, social media content, trade show collateral and more.

These pieces of content helped establish PerfectServe and its employees as thought leaders in the healthcare IT space.
